Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to all seven emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE.

Free-delivery thresholds apply to the value of your fragrances before any promo or referral discount. The exact fee is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are in business days from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees; public holidays can add time.
Dispatch
Orders placed on a business day are normally prepared for dispatch within one business day. Once your order ships we will share the courier name and tracking number with you. Please keep your order number (it starts with ELS-) for any questions.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
Delivery problems
- Please enter a complete address and a UAE mobile number the courier can reach; couriers usually call before delivering. A location pin is optional but helps the courier find you.
- If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (a new delivery fee may apply) or refund the order minus the original delivery fee.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery; see our Returns & refunds policy.
